Currently I focus on learning strategy for field technicians in the semiconductor industry.

While the majority of my portfolio is in stocks, about 40% of my net worth is in real estate and 2% is in seed and Series A funds. I bought my first property in 2016, performed multiple rehabs, and have always self-managed all tenancies. I also hold a real estate license and am the founder of SLCAgentMatch.com.

My debut memoir, Adventures of a Chess Girl: Into the Depths of the Chess World and Back Again, was published in December 2025. It's a coming-of-age story about my early twenties — rising to become one of the top 100 women chess players in the nation, while figuring out how to make it in the world of adulthood.

I've created several online courses on topics I love: chess, handwriting, algebra, and the basics of cooking. I've also written a statistics textbook, Street-Smart Stats: A Friendly Introduction to Statistical Research Methods. All courses are free or low-cost — I made them for the joy of it.
